IV. SHOPPING ONLINE

Shopping online is easy, convenient, and secure. Simply select the product you wish to purchase, specify the desired quantity, and click the “Your Cart” button. Once you’ve finished shopping, click the “Secure Checkout” button and follow the instructions to complete your payment and order. Please note that you can modify the contents or quantities in your shopping cart until you click “Complete Order.” After this action, Seneca Pure will process your order.

Please note that the display of products on the Site does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract with the buyer for any product but rather an invitation to submit a proposal (by the buyer) to enter into a contract. By placing your order, you are submitting a proposal to Seneca Pure to enter into a purchase contract for the products you have selected.

Once your order is submitted via the website, a confirmation page will appear displaying your order number. You will also receive an automated email informing you that we have received your proposal to enter into a purchase agreement and that your order has been successfully submitted (please check your inbox and junk mail folder). At this stage, we reserve the right to process your order to verify product availability and pricing (even for products marked as available on the e-shop, see further below). This email does not constitute proof of a sales contract. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email for support.

If any item is unavailable, it will appear as “unavailable” on the product page. Unfortunately, you cannot add unavailable items to your cart. In exceptional cases, a product may appear available when you place your order but may become out of stock during order processing. If some items in your order are available when submitted but become sold out during processing, we will notify you via email that your order will proceed only with the available items, and the corresponding amount for the unavailable items will be refunded. If none of the items in your order are available during processing, you will be notified that your order will not be completed, and the full amount will be refunded. Once we confirm that the products marked as available on the Site are indeed available under the terms specified on the Site and in your submitted order, you will receive a confirmation email for your order’s fulfillment once it is ready for shipment. This email will serve as confirmation of the purchase contract.

All prices for available products displayed on the Site include VAT (where applicable) as per the prevailing rate and exclude shipping costs. The total amount of your order corresponds to the cost of the ordered products, including VAT and shipping fees, as defined in the Shipping Policy and displayed during the checkout process. You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email or through the “My Orders” section, available to registered users only. V. WISHLIST

If you have created an account on our Site, you can use the “Wishlist” tool to save your favorite products to your account and add them to future orders. However, please note that adding a product to your Wishlist does not reserve the product. If you place your order later, the product may no longer be available, or its sales terms (e.g., availability, price, delivery time, etc.) may have changed. Please note that, as in any other purchase, the sales terms in effect at the time your order is placed, as displayed on the Site, will apply.

VI. PAYMENT

Seneca Pure accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro credit and debit cards. Recognizing the importance of secure online payments, Seneca Pure collaborates with Alpha Bank and securely manages card payment transaction details in accordance with the regulatory framework for secure card transaction management.

If your credit or debit card is declined, your order cannot be processed, and an automated message will appear on your screen.

Seneca Pure also accepts cash on delivery for shipments within Greece. You are responsible for any payment due for products ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit or debit card issuer or their agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You are also responsible for any costs incurred in recovering overdue payments.

VII. FRAUDULENT USE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD

We would like to inform you that in the case of confirmed fraudulent use of your credit card, your charge may be canceled upon request to the card-issuing bank or other issuing institution, which is obligated to investigate your complaint. For this reason, you must notify your issuing bank or institution immediately upon noticing such an incident so that they can cancel the card and prevent unauthorized use.

VIII. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be deliverable to the facilities of Management Products Advertising MEPE (37 Agias Sofias, Thessaloniki, 54623, Greece) within a short time from your order submission and will be shipped by ACS upon your request to the delivery address specified during your order submission. Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days if the order is submitted by 9:00 a.m.

All orders are processed, delivered, and shipped only on business days (i.e., Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €5.00. There is also an option to pick up your order from our store at 37 Agias Sofias, Thessaloniki, 54623, Greece. If the courier service cannot locate you at the specified address, you will receive a message on your mobile phone or a notification note at your address entrance to inform you about the delivery or collection of your package. If the courier company is unable to contact you after its prescribed attempts, the products will be returned to Management Products Advertising MEPE, and the purchase price will be refunded to you, deducting the shipping costs.

IX. OTHER

Promo Code: Occasionally, we reward our customers with special offers via email. These offers are available for a limited period only and expire on the specified date. To benefit from promotional codes, simply enter the code in the “Coupon Code” box on your shopping cart page. When a coupon code is accepted, it will appear in the order summary in your cart and during the checkout process. Please note that promotional codes are case-sensitive, so they must be entered exactly as shown. Only one promotional code can be used per online order.

X. RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We inspect the products we provide to our customers for any defects or deficiencies. All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order includes a damaged item, you can return it at no charge (excluding shipping costs), and we will make every effort to replace it or refund your money. If you find any error or missing item in your order, please contact us at sales@mpagr.com with your order number so we can resolve the issue.

You also have the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the products in your order (in part or in full) within 14 days of their shipment, without providing any justification. To legally withdraw from our sales contract, please contact us at sales@mpagr.com and provide your order number. If you choose to withdraw, you must also send us the products, along with the retail receipt, within 14 days of sending the above email.

Upon receipt of the products, we reserve the right to inspect their condition to verify that the returned items are in the same condition as when delivered to you and have not been used. After completing this inspection, and provided the products are eligible for return, we will refund you using the same payment method used for your order. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.

The following products are not eligible for return:

items that have been opened,
items with opened packaging,
items from which the security tape has been removed or cut,
items not accompanied by their original packaging,
items not accompanied by their purchase receipt.

If you are returning only part of your order, you are not required to include the retail receipt in the return package.

XI. PRODUCT REVIEWS

Users of the Site who maintain an Account can visit the product pages and leave ratings and reviews for products. Each user can choose how their name will appear in the review and is under no obligation to use their real name. Reviews are subject to basic review by Seneca Pure to ensure they do not contain offensive, racist, threatening, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate content. Approved reviews will be posted on the relevant product page within two weeks from the submission date, provided they do not violate these terms or the law.

XII. SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We do not wish to receive any confidential, proprietary, or personal information or other material from you via the Website, its offered functions, email, or otherwise.
