DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will be available for pickup at the Management Products Advertising MEPE premises (37 Agias Sofias, Thessaloniki, 54623, Greece) shortly after being placed. Upon request, it will be shipped via ACS to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. Orders submitted by 9:00 AM will be shipped within three business days.

All orders are processed, delivered, and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €5.00. You may also opt to collect your order from our store at 37 Agias Sofias, Thessaloniki, 54623, Greece. If the courier cannot locate you at the specified address, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone or a notification at your address entrance to arrange for delivery or pickup of your parcel. If you remain unreachable despite the courier’s attempts, the products will be returned to Management Products Advertising MEPE, and we will refund the price of the products minus the shipping costs.

RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We inspect all products for defects or flaws before delivery. Each item is carefully packaged and dispatched in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item, you may return it free of charge (excluding shipping costs). We will do our best to replace it or issue a refund. If there is an error or a missing item in your order, please contact us at sales@mpagr.com and provide your order number so we can resolve the issue.

You may withdraw from the sales contract and return all or part of your order within 14 days of its shipment without providing a reason. To legally withdraw from the contract, please contact us at sales@mpagr.com with your order number. Upon withdrawal, you are required to send the products back to us, accompanied by the receipt, within 14 days of sending the email.

Upon receiving the returned products, we reserve the right to inspect them to ensure they are in the condition delivered and have not been used. If we determine that the products are eligible for return, we will refund your payment through the original method of payment. You will only be charged for the shipping costs of the returned items.

We do not accept returns of products:

  • That have been opened
  • Whose packaging has been unsealed
  • From which the security seal has been removed or cut
  • Without their original packaging
  • Without their purchase receipt

If you are returning only part of your order, you are not required to include the receipt in the return package.
